I have just seen this recipe on Organic Connections. We subscribe to their updates which are always full of interesting reads and recipes. Today in Buckinghamshire is dark, wet and very very cold. Growing your own herbs

What better way to ensure that you are eating wholesome food that is cost effective and free from harsh chemicals, than growing your own. This year as well as working incredibly hard we are planning on mixing our small cottage garden flowers with some herbs and vegetables so that we can provide some of our own food. We have a great source of compost in the garden having chickens but equally, as they free range this is going to present it's own challenges...
