Hmmm, Veggie Cottage Pie

Now some would call this a blog post, I would call it a note to self about a meal I'm going to cook and then tell you all about later. It's for a Veggie Cottage Pie that look delicious. On one of my first visits I found a great little health food shop where I'm sure I will find agave nectar. I don't like to substitute an ingredient where I can when trying something for the first time - you never know if you are really missing something!! I'll let you know how it goes soon...
