SLS stand for Sodium Lauryl Sulfate. This the chemical agent that causes the foaming in most shampoos. But it is also an irritant and is used in some products to de-grease factory floors, so there is now wonder that it irritates the scalp. But is the foam all that important? I have just seen this recipe on Organic Connections. We subscribe to their updates which are always full of interesting reads and recipes. Today in Buckinghamshire is dark, wet and very very cold.
