OK, true or false... Organic wine has less sulphur than wine which is made using pesticides and normal processing methods, but is it actually true that this reduced sulphur level actually stops you getting headaches and hangovers. While this seems to be a topic for hot debate one thing remains true - if you had enough to have a headache surely you have had too much anyway.
