Purple Spouting Broccoli

The organic veg box brought us a great treat this week. We had peppers and purple sprouting broccoli. Never thinking I could mix the two I went about finding a nice dressing for the broccoli and I came up trumps. http://www.howtocookgoodfood.co.uk/2012/02/purple-sprouting-broccoli-salad-with-a-lemon-chilli-garlic-dressing/ This was delicious - although I have to say we deviated slightly from the recipe and left out the olives. I am going to make this dressing again and try it out on other vegetables. I highly recommend making too much and using it with a nice fresh bread. Having already cooked a couple of times and thrown away the leaves I am keeping this for reference as well as for you guys to share...
